The Bridge is a great training program for all levels of athletes to run between more specialized training phases or just for fun (yes, FUN!) The Bridge workouts are very fun, and the programming is flexible and adaptable to a wide variety of needs and interests.
STRENGTH DOESN'T NEED TO BE DEVELOPED SPECIFICALLY
Strength is specific but does not need to be developed specifically. So if you want to build many forms of strength, you won't need to do everything all the time! In The Bridge, strength carryover from the collection of efforts covers your bases correctly. In the process, exercise rotation is outlined with guidance so that you can continually keep your training and recovery fresh!
