REFUND AND EXCHANGE EXCLUSIONS

  • ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL
  • ALL SMELLING SALTS PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL (UNLESS DAMAGED SEE BELOW)
  • ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL (NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES)

All items must be returned unused and in new condition, and you must contact us at mail@jujimufu.com within 1 week of delivery to your address. After 1 week of delivery confirmation, no returns or exchanges for your eligible product(s) will be accepted or processed.

Acrobolix does not offer refunds for orders that are currently in transit to the customer. Shipping and delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.  

 

Ship To Address Errors

It is important to look at the address you entered before completing checkout, especially when using Autofill.  Confirm it's a valid shipping address and that it is a current and intended address. Customers must provide a complete address, including apartment/suite numbers, and arrange for building access with management. Acrobolix cannot be held responsible for undeliverable packages resulting from incomplete info or lack of delivery arrangements. Errors cause delays in shipping and extra costs for you and us. If you've completed your order with an incorrect or unintended address, please e-mail us immediately prior to the shipment of the product. No address changes will be accepted, and no reimbursements or refunds will be given after you receive your shipping notification.

 

DAMAGED OR LEAKY SMELLING SALTS

My Smelling Salts are wet and leaked, what do I do?

Your item is not damaged or defective. The contents inside your bottle of smelling salts shift between liquid and gas phase depending on the temperature and atmospheric pressure. Due to unpredictable shipping conditions, your product might "breathe" inside the plastic bag we ship it in. This will cause the product to perspire. Moreover, the neck seal could become unaffixed during transport. Your product's potency is not affected. Wipe the bottle's exterior dry, secure the lid, and bring your bottle to room temperature or warmer. Wait 1 hour, and your salts will be fine.

The seal inside my Smelling Salts bottle was melted, what do I do?

This is normal and to be expected. Smelling Salts ship with thick Polystyrene Foam Pressure Seal Liners. The purpose of the liner is to protect the product during transport. The contents in the bottle can degrade this liner, especially in our Oh! and Woke-smelling salts products. If the pressure seal degrades, it simply did its job. Your product's potency is just fine.

My Smelling Salts are dead, what do I do?

Your bottle was shipped or delivered in cold conditions. If your bottle of smelling salts is cold, the vapors will settle to the bottom of the bottle. Warm them up to room temperature or greater, and your product will be 100% potent.

My smelling salts bottle was damaged during shipment, what do I do?

If your bottle was crushed or cracked during shipment, it's possible to salvage it. Please try transferring the contents to another bottle, ensuring the bottle is sealed tight, warming to room temperature or greater, and waiting for 1 hour. While waiting, the vapors will build up inside the bottle. If the product cannot be salvaged, please send a picture of the damaged product with your order number to mail@jujimufu.com, and we will help you out.

 

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & VATS

International customers are responsible for all additional fees their country may charge upon delivery. These can include VAT, import duties, taxes, customs clearance, or brokerage fees. We don't collect these fees in advance and cannot falsify item values to help you avoid them.

No refunds will be issued for packages returned as "unclaimed" or due to "Duties/VAT Payment Notice Expired."

DAMAGED PRODUCTS OTHER THAN SMELLING SALTS

Please send a picture of the damaged product with a description of the damage and your order number to mail@jujimufu.com within 1 week of delivery. We will follow up within 2-3 business days.

WRONG ITEM(S) RECEIVED

If your order contains the wrong item(s), please send an e-mail to mail@jujimufu.com with these 3 pieces of information within 1 week of delivery:

  1. Your jujimufu.com order number, name and the email address used to place the order
  2. A picture of the wrong item
  3. A picture of the packaging and the order slip sent with your order

We will follow up within 2-3 business days.

APPAREL SIZE EXCHANGES

To initiate a size exchange or return for domestic orders, your product must be NEW (unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached—no, you cannot wear them for a few days and get a size exchange, you doofus).

The Process:

  1. Contact us within 1 week: You must email mail@jujimufu.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, name, the email address used to place the order and the item(s) you wish to exchange or return.

  2. Get your label: For qualifying domestic orders, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label (we cover the return shipping cost).

  3. Ship it back: Items must be shipped back to us within 15 days of receiving the label. It is helpful if you notify us when you ship the product so we can look out for it.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product to ensure it is in new condition, we will fulfill the exchange order or refund you within 2-3 business days. (Note: Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable).
