I created these programs for myself during different training phases and have adapted them for everybody. At any given time during the year, I am using routines directly from these programs exactly as they are written, or doing variations of the routines with the same overall structure and goal. You can assemble your own custom training blocks by mixing the routines from each of the programs into new, unique weekly training cycles. Because each of the programs’ routines are very different and have little overlap, there are dozens of ways you could put them together for your own goals. Having all three of these programs to play with will be exciting for you.
